Nominator's project description
| Professor Haick is an international authority in the field of nanosensors and non-invasive disease diagnosis. He has made significant contributions in the discovery of volatile biomarkers and in the development of innovative nanosensors for the implementation of those biomarkers in personalized diagnosis. During his stay in Germany, he intends to initiate a totally new chemical sensing platform for diagnostics and functional genomic analysis that can be broadly applicable and easily adaptable to a wide range of diseases, both in the developed and developing countries. |
